Privacy Policy — SLF

Effective Date: September 4, 2025

Welcome to the SLF website (the “Site”). We understand that privacy online is important to our users—especially when conducting business or submitting forms. This Privacy Policy explains how SLF (“SLF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information from visitors to the Site (“Visitors”) and from users who register or otherwise interact with SLF’s services available through the Site (“Authorized Customers,” together with Visitors, “users”).

“Personally Identifiable Information”

“Personally Identifiable Information” (“PII”) means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a particular person. Examples include name, mailing address, email address, phone number, account credentials, payment information, and any other identifiers. PII does not include aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Cookies & Tracking

A cookie is a small file placed on your device that helps the Site function and analyze usage. We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies (security, authentication, core functionality).

  • Functional cookies (remembering preferences).

  • Analytics cookies (to understand how the Site is used and improve it).

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some Site features may not function properly (for example, secure areas may automatically log out after a period of inactivity).

Analytics & similar tools: Our providers may set cookies to help us measure traffic and usage trends. They act as our processors and may collect pseudonymous identifiers, device information, and usage data.

Do Not Track: Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” setting. We currently do not respond to DNT signals, but you can use the cookie controls described above.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect PII, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain PII only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer required, we will delete or de-identify the information.
